I had FIVE senior sessions this week, which is why I haven’t been posting as much on the Blog. I have to say that I love photographing them, and I love seeing their images for the first time when I load them from my card to my computer…most of the time they take my breath away with their natural youthful beauty. This is Shana, the daughter of a friend from work. We did some shots with her hair straightened; then a few spritzes and a couple of toussles later, she had these gorgeous curls that caught the light just right!

Tell me that Dave doesn’t deserve it….he carefully plans to bring his twins to me while his wife is out of town so that he can surprise her with pictures of their beautiful girls. He feeds them, bathes them, fixes their hair, picks out their clothes, does goofy dances & tells jokes to get them to cooperate for the camera, takes them for ice cream as a reward when they are done, and cleans up after one of them gets sick in the car. WHAT A GUY!!!

I had a run of two year old boys (can you say EXHAUSTED?), so I was glad to see Reagan & Addison…yay, little girls! And they just couldn’t be any cuter. I love these particular images from their session because they show some of the different expressions that they gave me. Amazing how such little people can already show such personality!

An engagement session at my home. Their wedding is in October and Jason & I are very excited to be photographing their big day! I am continually amazed by my good fortune…my wedding couples are always photogenic and happy to be together! Look how great these two are together!
